Big Husky Lodge Weddings

Julie and Will’s Wedding at the Big Husky Lodge

It was my first visit to the Big Husky Lodge just outside Aviemore, what a lovely venue for a big family get together and a wedding. Beautifully decorated and filled with the laughter and fun of Julie and Will’s family and friends who had travelled from the far ends of the country to get here. It was a lovely family wedding i particularly loved the song sung by the Julie, Will and their boys “If you are happy dad married mu clap your hands” I think the best bit for all the children was the swing in the garden and pulling silly faces in the group photos – although we did get smiling ones too!! ….here are some of the highlights of the wedding photography……

The New Drumossie Weddings

Lauren and Shane’s Wedding at the New Drumossie Hotel

I just realised that I was about to start off writing about the weather again! but actually the weather makes a big difference to a wedding day. It is the one thing that can’t just can’t be planned for, not that bad weather spoils a wedding I have been at many very wet weddings were everyone has had a wonderful time.

Lauren and Shane were lucky they had a lovely sunny day for their wedding at the beginning of this month and I think it was much appreciated by everyone. The ceremony was undertaken by Lauren’s uncle and as you can see from the laughter in the photographs it was a fun affair with plenty of mirth. Here are some of the wedding photography highlights Lauren and her maids look splendid and the groom looks dashing too.
